Strength Academy

Online coaching is a way to have the accountability and guidance from a trainer with the flexibility to complete your workouts on your own time, for a fraction of the cost of in person sessions. 

This option is great for people who have some workout experience and are just looking for more structure/guidance in their workouts.

Clients often come to me looking to achieve the following:

  • Structure/balance in workouts, eating, life

  • Weight loss/toning

  • Gain strength/ perfect exercise form

  • Get back to workouts after/working around an injury

Strength Academy is designed to focus and build upon the basics, giving busy people exactly what they need to make progress, and nothing more. You will often see similar exercises week to week to ensure you’re getting stronger, while incorporating just enough variety so you’ll never be bored!

Each week, Strength Academy members are delivered 4 workouts, via google doc, to be completed on their own time. Each workout is no more than 60 minutes, includes video demonstrations with verbal cues (all filmed by me personally), and is designed to build upon the previous weeks workout. Days 1 and 3 are strength based, designed to build strong muscles. Days 2 and 4 are cardio/HIIT based designed to build cardiovascular endurance and burn fat. Your new workout routine is guaranteed to hit every part of fitness you need, in less than 4 hours a week. Here is an example of how workouts are delivered:

I designed Strength Academy with the busy professional in mind. This program breaks down and simplifies all of the misinformation out there in the fitness world, leaving you confident and with a plan to get you to where you want to be. My goal is always to get you on a well rounded fitness program, checking off all of your boxes, in as little time as possible. Health and fitness should always be a part of your life, but does not have to be your whole life. Choose which training option works best for your lifestyle and goals:

option 1: independent study

  • A progressive workout program that can be completed anywhere, 1-4 days a week.

  • No equipment? No problem! Strength academy requires only 4-5 pieces of equipment that can all be found on Amazon

  • Workout form videos all filmed and cued by me

  • A weekly email outlining the specifics of the workouts, how to understand the program, and it’s progressions

  • A weekly workout and accountability log to properly plan out and follow through on your intended goals

  • Access to me via email for any and all questions on workouts/food/form that come up

  • 1 monthly check in call for accountability to make sure you’re actually completing what you said you want to

option 2: class is in session!

  • Learn straight from the teacher! You have a weekly scheduled call with direct access to someone (me) who has done exactly what you are trying to do. Is there any better way to learn?

  • This option is for those who are serious and ready to jump in full speed

  • Included is everything from independent study plus:

    • Weekly guidance on what weights to use for workouts

    • Weekly collaborative planning of your meals and how to structure them

    • Weekly accountability with goal setting and advice on habits to implement to get the most out of your training
