“Before starting training I thought it would be the normal drudgery of dragging myself to the gym and doing a bunch of exercises that I thought were good for me. Having a person working with you of Nichole's knowledge and training made all the difference. Her understanding of how to work with my body led to a program that was challenging, doable and reasonable with results showing right away.

I told Nicole repeatedly that I had but one goal and that was to "show up". Although we both laugh about it, it is true. Knowing you have an appointment with someone, who is there for you makes all the difference. I knew then, and know now, that if I just get there I'll be fine about doing the workout. It actually gets easier and easier to "show up". On my own, I certainly would have faded away.

Since starting training I have gained more strength, lost 10 pounds, increased stamina and muscular toning, and I am only 6 months into the program which I believe, at age 69, I will have no choice but to stay with for the long term.”

“Having never worked with a personal trainer before I was nervous as I had no idea what to expect. I rarely worked out in a gym of any kind so I was pretty clueless. I also have a herniated disc in my neck that I was worried could be injured.

Nichole, you were immediately reassuring and put my mind at ease that I was not the person in the worst shape you had ever seen! You are patient but firm, supportive with the right level of "push." The neck had not been an issue at all.

I started training to become stronger, lose some weight and inches, improve my cardio and do real push-ups. I have lost 5 pounds, lost 3 inches on my waist and 3 inches on my hips. I can do a push-up and my overall body has some tone to it! and I am about to deadlift triple digits. Not bad for an old lady.”
